Our Policies
Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or pick up.
Cancellation and Change Policy: If the Client has to cancel the order after the deposit has been paid, a refund of the deposit will be provided if the cancelation is given 10 days before the event. Partial cancelations or changes to the order will be accommodated at least 5 days before the event. Pricing is based on the entire order, therefore, a reduction in serving size may not proportionally reduce the the price of the order.
Delivery and Pick Up: Whisk It Sweet will provide delivery of the order at the price agreed upon and stated in the invoice. The client may also choose to pick up the order. Risk of loss passes to the Client once the order is in the Client’s possession.
**We do ask for a minimum of 5 days to place the order, any last-minute orders will be subjected to a rush fee.
